I own a window cleaning business in Toronto, Ontario. I got a call to clean 16 high rises. I'm lookinv to subcontract it out. This contract is worth about 75,000$. My consurn is how do I guarantee the property management company will pay me when the job is done. I don't want to have it all done and be short 75,000 because they won't pay me. Do you guys have them fill out a contract? If so would it be possible to have an example, or is just sending my estimate by email, having them agree and invoicing with payment to be paid within 30 days or a monthly 1.5% interest will be charged enough.
