I was curious if there was a nationwide average for commercial CCU.
I'm bidding a small stripmall and half of it is regular CCU and the other half is the sort of CCU where the entire window is covered in overspray and the bottom window has a ton of cement, etc. Oh, not to mention the window installers went full nutbar on the silicone on just about every piece of glass.
Right now I'm leaning towards $10 per window (pane) and was curious what other people started at.
I'm also leaning towards adding another $5 per window for using cement off. I've never used it but after watching some videos it seems like it might really add time to the job.
What's everyones preferred method for removing cement? I usually try and blot it off but these windows have a LOT of cement.
