When I looked through a couple of threads on automated emailing, Responsibid came up. The sales pitch is, "We help you make money by closing more jobs with the automated emails and stuff." (my paraphrase.)
All I want is a system that I can send specific messages to prospects/customers in the future that can integrate with my email. The Customer Factor has something, I still need to set up a meeting with Steve. He mentions batch emailing, but I was hoping for individual emailing.
What has been your experience with automated emails/text messages? I don't need an all-in-one, I already have everything I need... Except something to remind the customer without having to remind myself to remind them.
