Spring break is over .
Kicked, pulled, tazered the kids out of bed and dropped the sleepers off to school and I was off to work.
First stop.
Filled my bucket
Got startled by a bird as I was picking up the bucket and
Kric crack cricity crack crack!!!!
( that's the sound of my spine cracking from my tail bone to my skull)
Not the good back crack.
Now I'm sitting in the vehicle with my back throbbing with hot steel spikes in it.
NEVER. Had a back ache before.
I guess I am heading to a chiropractor who is a client and trade out for a adjustment.
I guess it's one more day of spring break for me...
