Customer wants to know about replacing some "teflon runners" in some of their windows. Not sure if this is what the window actually slides on. The owner says they can take the top ones out...Says the window manufacturers name starts with a "W". Originally located in Canada before moving down to the US. I have attached some pics of one that is messed up and others that are not.
They also want their tracks cleaned out. What are people charging for that service round here?
