I get a call the other day from a lady that can wants to talk all day if I let her. She wants to have windows cleaned at her deceased parents house. The windows are really dirty and storms on seven of them. Nobody will be around to confirm the job was done to their standard so I was wondering how any of you guys would handle it. I might not be on the fence about this job if she wouldn't be so sure about how things should or could be done. She seems a little hard to deal with. My question. Should I ask for a deposit or require someone to be there? Her brother lives in the area but has a one thing or another going on that prohibits him from being there. Do you guys do work for people that you don't know without them being present?
