what is you #1 way of getting a customers quote to them?

I mainly ask for there email when they want more then one service done. More times then none they always want more then one service. whether its window cleaning and gutter cleaning together or gutter cleaning with roof cleaning. or even pressure washing driveways and doing roof and gutter cleaning all together anyways because they want more then one service emailing is really convenient because there is a lot of room to be very descriptive with the quote and I can keep them on file that way by just asking them there email over the phone when they call me the next year for repeat business. it is really handy because I always make sure to put there address and name in the email. under basic info category I have on my quote template. It also speeds up the process by having them write down there email once there completed giving me the walk threw from inside there home...I can easily go on to the next bid instead of sitting in my car/office and write them out a written quote that takes more time..If they confirm and except the quote via email I always have a written quote prepared day of service or ready to go from when I filled it out during the interior walk threw of the home so they can sign it and go over it to make sure we both agree on the pricing of the cleaning job.
