Do you separate the cost for screen cleaning when writing out your quotes or does it go along with your exterior window cleaning price?
Same question for window track.....Me myself I always charge extra for track and screen cleaning. If you really look at it. it can be a whole nother job in its self depending on how dirty the track and screens are. With my experiences in most every case the tracks are always really dirty and screen are usually dusty but I have ran across homes with pre existing clean screens compared to tracks which always seam to be dirty... I always give a separate price for tracks and include the price for screen cleaning with exterior price so it doesn't seam like so many separate prices....
