Alrighty, So this is a new hotel that is joined with a convention center that I do regular maintenance on. These photos a few months old and the construction is now done. The guy called this morning wanting to meet up and get the windows cleaned. I'm assuming he wants in and out construction clean up. I'm thinking of renting a lift and putting 2 guys in it. But I'm going to just ad the cost of the lift onto the quote. The numbers Im coming up with seem really high but I havn't done a clean up of this scale yet, so I'd like to hear all of your thoughts before I reveal what numbers I'm thinking.
