Thinking about starting window cleaning? Read

Are you thinking about starting a window cleaning company?

My advice is DO IT.

I have been in the Commercial, Medical, & Residential cleaning service industry since 2001. We have sub-contracted out our window cleaning to a local company for the last decade or so... But not anymore. (Explained Below)

**This serves as advice to the new guy in window cleaning, and as a reminder to those who have been in the business for the long run; you are expendable! Have integrity and do the job right & on schedule.**

About 2 years ago our old window cleaning company slowly started slacking on doing jobs on time. We would get calls from customers complaining they never showed up or skipped half of the windows. I run the residential division of the company and do a lot of post-construction clean-ups, which I sub contracted the windows out to this company. They started slacking on my jobs and started making me not hit my deadlines with move in dates.

I have been cleaning for a long time and had my fair share of squeegeeing experience so one day I decided to give it a try on one of the houses my sub contractor didn't show up to.

The addiction began.

I absolutely loved cleaning glass. I started a window division of our company and sucked my brother into it as well. We have kept every post-construction clean-up on schedule, including windows since then. In the last year to year and a half we have done about 150 houses for them, and have soaked up some of the commercial jobs from our commercial & medical company. It was the best decision for my company that I have ever made. The money is lucrative and word of mouth grows your company like wildfire - if you do it right. This website you are on has unlimited resources and knowledge that will answer any question you might have; Use it and learn from these people.

GOOD LUCK!
