I met a young window cleaner this last spring and we hit it off right away. We immediately started
doing large jobs together. His cleaning skills are alright but he needs some tweaking to his technique. Over-all he's not a bad window cleaner. I was ready to bring him into my business with a more permanent role next spring as business is booming. The problem is, he let me hanging three times over the summer and most recently today. I wouldn't be so mad but these were all large jobs requiring more than one guy to complete comfortably. My question is, what should I do? I have a very large amount of new commercial accounts coming up for next season that I have no idea how I'm going to complete them along with my other regulars without good reliable help. This is a big hurdle for my business and I really need to figure this out by next spring. Any advise is much appreciated...
