Question Pricing Firsy commercial job

Hey everyone, I met a man who I sold one of my ladders to who ran a janitorial company. We made pretty good small talk and then exchanged business cards and said that we would keep each other in mind if we had to work: actually, it was more me than him as he said he was pretty busy his calendar lol.

Anyways just give me a call and said and had a client was looking to get their windows done in and out. I'm going to go ahead and give him a call to set up a time to make an appointment out there, but I did it quick look up on Google maps and was hoping you guys could help give me an idea what to look for when I'm out there and getting my quote ready. Also any pricing strategy you would be a great help also. All I have is the front view from the street. Not sure they're more Window and the rear or not. They're some sort of technology firm, I'm not sure if that you manufacturing in the back or not. But hopefully these pictures give me a good starting point. I can certainly get some more up when I make it out there. Thanks for your help in advance!
