Storefronts loaded with signs and displays

How do you deal with all the stuff in the front windows of storefronts? It seems that in half the stores I see, it would take a lot more time removing the things taped on the inside the front glass than it would to clean the window. Along the same lines, I realize that the front windows are what a store owner uses to show off their merchandise to attract customers, but a lot of what I see would make it virtually impossible to access the inside glass. Do you typically move that, ask the store to move it, or somehow communicate that your pricing includes outside glass, and inside glass where accessible?
