Does any one have a beneficial relationship with a rental or real estate company/firm? I live near an area where there are a lot of beach rental homes and I feel like that could be an amazing in to have. If there is anyone - who/how did you approach them? I went to a couple today and go hit in the face with a "no solicitors" signs. Cold calling? Ignoring the sign?
