Question Should I post my prices?

I have only been doing store fronts and I have gotten about $400 a month coming in regularly from that but the past few days I have been striking out on getting new customers and then today someone showed me and estimate from a guy who offered to do there 10 store front windows in and out for $8. I have been giving a minimum estimate of $15 and a regular pricing of $1 per window per side so normally I would have estimated $20 for their windows so I am guessing I am not gonna get a ton of new business if these guys are out there basically cleaning windows for free.

Since that was my results today I was thinking about finally going after residential and I know there is money to be had in residential but I am afraid of playing my hand and putting prices out there for other window guys to see so they can deeply under cut me. So my question is, for a newbie like myself only having done it for 2 months now (I don't have a big reputation yet although I do good work) should I lock myself into these prices online or what would you suggest? Why or why would this not be a good idea?

This is my ad I am thinking about posting online.

Professional Window Cleaning/Washing

Commercial and Residential

RESIDENTIAL PRICING
$7 per Window (in and out)
$4 per Window (outsides only)

Extras
$1 per screen
$3 per tracks and sills detailed

This will give you a rough estimate for your home but prices can vary depending on obstacles and extreme circumstances.

We don't do houses that have storm windows or that are more than 2 stories.
