Family fighting while on the job.

What do you do when you're working the outside, and a couple is cussing each other out; kids hiding in the closet upstairs? I told them "I'll come back later" as I finished up the outside, and they told me to finish. I somehow dismantled the situation with random reason. Should I charge 'relationship counseling' fees to my service? Jk, but what do you generally do?
