WCR's Alex

Want to give props to Alex. Over the past 2 months we have been dealing with an issue with a product we ordered from WCR. One entire product replacement and 2-3 rounds of individual parts and the matter is finally solved. Alex even called while on personal vacation to ensure the part arrived today and the tool functioned properly.

Every step of the way Alex made me feel cared for and in the driver seat. I was given the option of returning the product and going with competitors tool many times.

I was already a lifelong client but this just re-enforced my faith and appreciation in Alex and WCR.
