Question Help with growing pains

I'm trying to get a foot hold in my storefront market right now. I'm hitting dead ends every where the last few days. Partly because this area is saturated with "guys with squeegees" and partially because our strip mall areas are older and established and franchise cleaners have had it locked down with their "pennies per pane" pricing structure, charging far less than what I can. I've lost $7500 in annual sales from a few chain stores I had who's corporate office decided they should clean their own windows. Is there anyone here who has a strong storefront presence in their market and would give me 15 minutes over the phone for some coaching, advice, and strategies and tactics? I'm trying to build my route work to a large scale so that I can hire a route guy and get him trained well and come resi season next year I can focus more attention on growing that side while he handles the routes. I appreciate any and all tips, advice, etc... Thanks
