So i just finished up with my first CCU that was 100% my companies responsibility, over the past 18 year i have done hundreds of CCUs but one of them as my company.
My question is when you guys quote a CCU do you clean the glass as many times as they ask for the same price or do you have a contract stating you will clean the glass once to as an as new condition then any further cleaning will be billed as an additional, or do you just keep cleaning til they are happy?
I made them agree to my contract of only clean once then additional re-cleans are billed as an variance, so far sitting at a variance of $1080, and with wet weather about it still may go up hehe :P
