Question By the hour or by the window

I got a request for this commercial building. It will be the largest commercial building ice cleaned so far. Roughly 250 windows including doors. Would you bid this by the window or by the hour. I'll be able to wfp the whole thing. Just looking for a little direction. I don't want to over bid and lose it nor do I want to screw myself. Thanks
