Looking to hire a Lead Tech. Reason being one of my leads is going back home to Hawaii. Wish him the best but I need to replace him. Ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years experience in commercial and residential window cleaning. Needs to know rain gutter cleaning as well. Can easily teach solar panel cleaning and awning cleaning.
I am open to either hourly or commission, whichever is preferred. At the end of the day my labor cost ends up being nearly the same on an annual basis. Paid time off, sick days, retirement and holiday pay. Year round full time. Leads have the opportunity to grow into more than just window cleaners. I am expanding, adding vehicles and will be opening more offices. i will need managers/supervisors in 2016.
