I know you guys hate me for saying it, but...
Do yourselves a favor... separate "Commercial" from "Storefront/Retail."
There is a distinct difference.
Example:
- a business with product to sell, buy here/pay here,
on site (cars/used cars/food/product) for immediate consumption.
- And the property owner who wants his entrance way sidewalk of his office building, to look clean for his lessees.
One has an inventory/shop that has to look good, out of necessity, in order to move product.
The other wants his tenants to feel good about entering a clean work environment.
If this came from a book...
about 20% of you would plagiarize this, claiming it as your own.
But since it's not, I'll throw out there the second most plagiarized topic...
"Know your customer."
- well DO YOU?!?
