Amazon could really change the service industry. It becomes less about you and more about who Amazon sent. It may be better for customers but will make this harder on service providers.
If you don't think it could happen just look at the Taxi industry. In 1 year Uber is already 50% of the market in many areas. (I'm not saying any shmuck with a squeegee can become a window cleaner, I mean how rapidly things can change for 100 year old industries)
