Got this in the mail with last payment

I have to say it brought a tear to my eye . Man I will tell ya more an more storefronts are closing there doors these days.




Then I got this email from a estimate I did after I sent her a follow up email.

I sent her back this . Please respond if you have a better way I could of said this . Im not always the best with words :)

Ok no problem. It's a lot of work with all those little French panes of glass you have unfortunately. We feel we are competitive with all the better companies out there. I understand that you don't want to spend that for window cleaning. Thanks anyway. Have a great summer
