i have used hydro tube mostly in residential and a little in commercial and hated it. the filters gave 24 hrs or less of clean time and the results were hit or miss. i prefer doing nose to glass because i think it produces better glass with instant results for residential customers. but time is money. i like the wfp because on most of the higher end homes i have done they have commercial style windows where the wfp is better than nose to glass because of its speed and cleaner frame which makes the glass look cleaner. also my future employee will not have the quality squeegee skills for a while and it will be faster to but him on screens and wfp while i bust out the inside work.
right now i work for window cleaning company doing commercial work and we use a dual 1cu ft di tank system. which give us way longer run time and produce good results most of the time when doing 3-4 floors or below when we do 4-6 floors the results are not good but questionably passable (if i was a building manager i would be pissed with our results) but i think that problem has more to do with the poles and brushes we use.
i will be focusing mostly on residential work but want to be able to do commercial work when it comes up so the system that i want to buy is a dual 1 cu ft di tanks and 2 reach it mini poles and can always by extensions or a reach it pro if i get a big commercial job.
the cost from WCR will be about $2100 if you had $2100 what system would you get for two people?
