Prospect follow-up

A few questions -

1. Do any of you follow up with a prospect or potential customer after you find out that they chose your competitor over you?

2. If so, is it by e-mail or phone ?

3. What do you say or ask of them?



My scenario would go something like this: Hello, Mr. or Mrs. Prospect, this is Bill from Bavarian Window Cleaning. We submitted an estimate a few days ago for your window cleaning needs and would like to know if you had made a purchasing decision yet? If you have, we hope you have a great experience with one of our very capable competitors. We at Bavarian Window Cleaning are consistently looking for ways to improve so that we can offer our customers the greatest experience possible. Mr. or Mrs. Prospect, may we ask for a small favor of answering a few questions so that we can improve our services in the future? 1. In choosing our competitor was price the only factor in your decision? 2. If not, please tell us about some of the other factors you considered in choosing a professional window cleaning company? Thank you again for considering Bavarian Window Cleaning for your window cleaning needs.
