On small trucks carrying 32" ladders the ladder hangs about 3 ft past the end of the bed. (I turn them backwards so if people it there head at least it hit the pads not the feet of the ladder. Are there any (OSHA or hwy) rules I need to follow so I don't get a lawsuit against me
