Help with pricing

I normally am a residential only window cleaner but recently picked up on this job. It's pretty big. I've got a price and was wondering if this is too much or not enough. I am charging $6 per large pane exterior only and came up with 1,700 round about. The current guy does the entire building with a pressure washer and bleach, so there are some hard water stains and white stuff I'm assuming is bleach residue. See the pictures, any input is greatly. Basically there are 236 large curtain windows and a few doors. I've added 20% to the total for the upper level windows. Oh and I don't have a WFP so it's all done traditionally.
