Help Store front restoration/ccu

So I came across a store front today and was asked to remove all the silicone, hard water, "calcium" build up (owners words) and stickers from the windows inside and out. I'm just wondering how you guys would have priced it? 8 windows 6th ft plus a door and a 3x2 ft window above it. The attached photo is of one of the windows. Using a razor blading and steel wool on every window it took me a little over 4 hours.
