squeegee chatter or sticking

Hi everone. I'm somewhat new to window cleaning. My squeegee chatters and or sticks while cleaning. I generally use a 12 inch or 16 inch squeegee. I use dawn dish soap. Is it the soap or to much pressure or wrong angle. I would also like to Know some of cleaning solutions you use. Thanks for any and all responses. Randooo
