WFP is so new, the general public don't understand it, and so customers need to be educated so it doesn't look "like I'm taking a hose to the windows" or "just rinsing them off." Showing a positive end result is not good enough. I am handing out a document explaining why we use WFP, how it works and the benefits that are passed onto the customer.
