Hi guys I would like to get peoples opinions on the best systematic way to train new employees. For example - giving them a handbook to read that describes the steps and ladder safety or on site training or combination etc. I know it takes a lot of time to become a "good" window cleaner and also to be safe but if you have any input on easy to grasp systems that would be great! Gutter cleaning and pressure washing apply as well. Since window cleaning has such a high turnover with most employees being in college etc I believe the key is to be able to have a good systematic setup that new guys can easily grasp.
