Just in time for the Spring hiring season, the new eClean Magazine is online and focusing on employees: hiring, managing and motivating. This months' cover story features lessons from Curt Kempton of 5 Star Window Care and how he turned his company's biggest frustration -- i.e., his employees -- into his biggest asset.
