I've been cleaning windows now for about four years and it has all been residential. Since joining the WCR and reading all of these posts I decided to try and get some commercial accounts to fill in this time of year as It is pretty slow for me. Yesterday I went out and started going from business to business and the 4th stop I made was timed so perfectly! I went in to a fast food place which just happened to be hosting a meeting with all of the area franchise owners. I walked out of there with 6 service contracts! It just goes to show that you never know when opportunity will present itself.
