Ok. I bid a 3500 sq ft dental office building.. There are 22 sets of 6 pane windows plus the entry area (4 panes). So, the total number of panes of glass is 136 and it's all ground floor. I use a wfp. My bid for cleaning them inside and out twice per year is $340 each time and $238 for exterior, once per year. It's located in St. Cloud, MN.
I go through this every time I put in a bid. I struggle with what to charge. I think it's a lot to charge, but on the other hand there are 136 panes of glass..
Anybody think I'm nuts for asking this much or do you think it's fair? Or, too little?
