I am doing an estimate for the president's house at our local university. Tall two story home. I am having a hard time knowing what I want to charge to remove storm windows from the outside in order to clean. Windows do not open so as to pull storms out from inside. So all storms, first and second floor have to be removed from outside. The front I plan on using a lift so I can get over landscaping for the second floor and on the back two guys on ladders. Windows are cut-ups - 12/12 or 8/8 with storms. What would you charge to remove the storms, and for the ladder/lift work?
