Charging customers for things that make you really uncomfortable.
I have a job coming up this Sunday to power wash an alley way...same alley way in posted about a few months ago where I got surrounded by rats in middle of the night. Ewwwwwwwwww.. Skeeves me out just thinking about rats. Well I get a phone call today from the people who manage the property and they ask me to send them a revised quote because they would like to clean out the alley way from the garbage and DEAD RATS!!
Really??? I'm throwing up as I type.
This is my fear factor. I think 10k should be awarded to me just for going out there.
What's a reasonable price for an unreasonable request?
I guess I'm just going to have to shoot high and see if they bite.
(Maybe I'll hire some Chinese guys for the day (a days pay and free lunch!)
