I had my Reach-it pole stolen from back of truck, Luckily only the 1st 3 poles, but making it useless. This was after closing time for WCR on the weekend. The guys offered to have someone meet me if I could get there even though they were closed. It was to far, but appreciated. I called first thing Monday morning and told Alex my problem and I'm sure finding 3 poles is not easy. He told me not to worry , they will take care of me and get me the parts asap. Being it was a Monday and probably there busiest day I wasn't very hopeful . I figured I'd give them a call this afternoon and remind them how much I needed the parts. ( my wife's been trying to teach me patience lol ) I actually rigged up an old pole today with a brush and it worked well enough that I swung home to get more water. It blew my mind when I pulled down driveway and saw a package from WCR, Not to mention no invoice and I hadn't paid yet. I made a call to thank Alex, got a message to hold on for next available person, but being impatient ( see above ) I hung up , figuring I'd call in an hour. 5 minutes later I get a call , apologizing for not being able to answer the phone and how could they help. It was Alex, No invoice yet because he was busy, but wanted to get me working. People can talk customer service but these guys live it. Thanks for the help!
