Been in business for a year. Currently have 45 k in sales for commercial only. It is a mix of office buildings, storefronts and an entertainment facility. Work on average about 18hrs a week cleaning windows the rest selling new business. I have about 200 bids already prepared and still get about three calls a week on those past bids. Just signed a Vet clinic today at. Meaning I have done groundwork on bids that you will be getting calls on long into the future.
I would keep doing it but I got offered a General Manager job in my old industry that is too good to pass up.
I carry 1m/2m liability 500k workers comp and one million commercial auto. So if you own a similar operation you could fold what I have into your own thing. If you are a window cleaner who wants to get in on the economic boom that is happening in Austin you could jump into my fully equipped truck that has a lockable camper and all the equipment that I own. All of it is less than a year old.
Price is completely dependent on if you just want the route (all the accounts) or the entire operation Which would include:
Office supplies:
Laptop
Printer
Quicken Software
Marketing Supplies (bid sheets),
2003 Tacoma 113k miles all maintenance records in hand.
A.R.E. Lockable top
Five Section Piece Ladders with leg levelers
DI Pole and setup (hoses attachments) No filtration system I rent tanks
2 Five banger extension poles
ten 5 gallon buckets
32 Ft werner extension ladder
8ft werner step ladder
Enough squeegees, t bars, sleeves, short poles etc. for two guys Soaps, chemicals way too much to list.
200 Sorbo blades for 18" 22" and 24" Sorbo channels.
Most tools I use are Unger except for the channels which are sorbo attached to Unger ninja channels
One Month of training with me to see the complete route meet all the customers etc. Whatever $ is earned in that month is yours to keep.
Pretty heavily used pressure washer and all attachments.
Would love to sell to someone hungry and eager to start their own operation or grow their existing small operation.
$18k Gets everything. Accounts, Trucks, current leads etc.
Can provide pics of all of it if interested.
