Building a WFP setup

I know I made a post about 2 weeks ago about a potential setup, but I think I'm going to start a bit smaller than what I originally anticipated, get some big jobs out of the way, then purchase the more expensive setup. Instead of going with the ReachIt Pro, I think I'm going with the Mini to start. I did some measurements on existing jobs that a WFP would easily clean in lieu of bucket/squeegee, so below I've listed what I know I want to start with. All I'm asking for is what is absolutely necessary as far as fittings and what not to make a Mini all I'd need right now to get the job done. Thanks in advance!

Pole

Reach-iT MINI

Since I know I need a DI tank, should I go with:

WCR DI Tank Full Set Up

or

Unger nLite HydroPower Stage 1

Tubing

Do I need tubing or does the pole come with x-amount already enclosed? Otherwise would this do?:

Rhino Tube

I'd prolly just get the 160 ft length to make sure I have enough on existing and future jobs.

Goosenecks:

I know I have ledges on an existing job to reach over, so I assume this is an absolute necessity:

Reach-iT Heavy Duty Gooseneck

Brushes:

I am very uncertain about the brush type I would need. Does the ReachIt Mini come with brushes that are intended for a first time clean? There's not a horrible amount of scraping, but there is a fair amount of dust and stuff that I'd like to have stiffer bristles for. Do Unger nLite brushes or IPC Boars Hair brushes work interchangeably with the Reach It Mini, or do I have to buy specific brushes for this purpose?

Eventually this season I'm looking at adding a backpack for some jobs that don't have a faucet hookup, but I think that's all for now, and I appreciate solid feedback on this :)
