I've been doing custom screens for about 20 years and it has been a great income producer. I wanted to know if theres an interest in a professional table. Having a movable jig for different size screen makes perfectly square screen every time. no hour glassed screens that bow in the middle when you try and pull the fabric tight. Nice tight screen. Im looking into design and material and cost would be about $750. im looking at offering 2 sizes 48"x72" and 60" x 96" the table in the video is about 65" x 105" and its handeled everything that Ive thrown at it. Even 10' tall sliding screen doors. which I get $450 for and cost me about $130 so a nice profit. If your just doing bug screens you could pay for a table in about 15 to 20 screens at a cost of $35 to $45 pper new screen. If your doing sun screens you could pay for it in 1 order.
