This year my business has grown tremendously, to the point where I have 3 full-time employees along with myself and my wife. Up to this point I haven't had to worry very much about anyone's safety other than my own. But now, things are different. Also, gutter cleaning season is coming up and it has got me wondering about what I can do to ensure safety for my employees, especially when they are cleaning gutters on steep roofs.
1) Do you have Staff/Employee meeetings where you talk about safety issues. If so, can you give me some examples of the kinds of things you discuss?
2) What do you do to ensure safety when cleaning gutters?
Any help would be great!
