Ettore clips

I'm sure this will be taken as a rookie question, but recently I ventured out of my "all Unger equipment" to try out an Ettore complete squeegee. LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it glides, but now I've come to quite the conundrum. Got a cut on one side of the rubber and can't figure out how to get the dang clips off the channel so I can flip it over. Some advice? 😬😬😬
