Question Looking for tips on how to stay on top of customers and reoccurring jobs.

I have owned my window cleaning business for just over 1.5 years now. At first keeping track of my customers and their scheduled cleanings was a breeze. I am growing pretty quickly and I am just curious on how you may keep track of all your customers info. One customer wants every other month, one wants every 6, one wants every year. Where do you input that info? digitally? paper? Both? If so, how or what software? Currently every customer I have is basically written on 2 separate calendars. One in my office and one in my work truck. Also, I have invoices of all of them, with all their info as well. What system works best for you and your business and why? Any info and help I receive is greatly appreciated in advance. Thank you!!
