We have all dealt with cleaning tracks and the answer usual has been lots and lots of labor. Which is wasted money. All our clients want clean tracks and they don't want to pay what our time is worth to clean them well, so they get a half assed job for what they pay or you burn your time for less money. I have been searching for this item for years. It is a combination steamer vacuum injector. By desiderio. It's the steamer plus. This thing steams, vacuums and injects water all at the same time. I could care less about the water injection but to steam all the little corners and suck it up and move to the next one. From the video I watch I'm guessing I could clean a track to like new in 60 seconds or less. Sears sells it for $1200. I'm going to tack on an additional $35 to $55 for the service based off size and dirtiness should have it paid for in 30 homes or less. Time is money time is money time is money. I'm thinking this should add a minimum of $1000 per week as an add on service. Tell me what you guys r thinking
