How much time did anyone spend researching their target market? Or competition?
I personally feel that I'll be able to narrow down my "target" when I get out and interact on a large scale. I'd like to just talk with customers and find reasons they may have rejected my services to maybe adjust prices or learn about the reach of my competition.
I'm the kind of person that can spend hours getting overwhelmed with research to the point that I get discouraged and do nothing - I'd rather start acting and learning that way.
Am I being naive?
