My Reach-it Pro has served me well for some time now until the #2 section unexpectedly broke. After documenting the incident and having a replacement approved I am still waiting for my pole section to arrive. We are going on THREE MONTHS and I barely get an update from them after several inquiries. They even promised to include a Constructor Brush as compensation for the delay but still no pole. I won't go so far as to say that they are giving me the 'run around' but i'm getting pretty close. Why don't they simply have Window Cleaning Resource send me a pole and they can reimburse them later? I am highly disappointed in this whole thing. I've also contacted Window Cleaning resource and they referred me to the claims department for more delays. I'll give you an update as soon as I have one.
