Hey guys, so I got call in regards to 18 banks in the region. Most are clustered nearby but a few outliers are about 2.5 hrs out of the way. Looking for exteriors quarterly and int/ext bi-annually. Would probably be a nice little route.
Pulled a few up on Google maps and they are all different layouts and pane counts so to really get an accurate I'd have to drive by every single one. It's the busy season and I don't have time, so probably not gonna happen.
Any ideas on how to approach it? Should I just give a flat Price per building? Flat price per pane?
