Got the new ergo ninja washer and scraper and took them out for a test drive this weekend
My thoughts follow . ...
I picked up this washer due to rave reviews on Wcr.
Did a weekend with it and here are my thoughts.
It was Packed nice, saw where the package said there was a "rubber ring" to hold it in place. Thought it was something new but it
Turns out it's just a elastic loop like all the other washers.
It does have scrubbers on the ends, but they don't work well on my swivel, and I had to take it off my pole to scrub thus slowing me down through lack of efficiently.
Because of the scrubber on the ends it will not fit in my square bucket unless you go corner to corner, thus lowering my efficiency . Maybe after break in they may fit better.
This thing holds a ton if water!!
A TON of water weighs a lot way more than expected .
It holds so much that my Boab was ALLWAYS over filling from the run off, getting me wet. YUCK :( !!!!
While it washed good it's scrubbing power was lacking. It left lots of demetris on the glass that I had to go back and scrape agian not efficient for my style of storefront cleaning. My ettore porcupine leaves almost ALLWAYS a clean glass very rarely scrape with the porcupine.
And so while the quality is good,
For my efficient form of a storefront window cleaning system this will not be my daily washer.
It will remain dry except for a every now and then special account.
I won't buy another
HOWEVER.......
If you don't have B.O.B.P. ( baked on bird poop) or B.O.D.B. (Baked on dried bugs) this may work great for you!!!
This washer just does not work for me.
Now to the ninja scraper
I have ALLWAYS been a triumph scraper person. Love em or should I say USED to love them.
This ninja scraper is TITS UP!!!
Heavier than the triumph but feels right in my hand.and you can angle it so no longer need a angled and a straight scraper.
BRILLIANT!!!!
Best Scraper Ever!!!!
Can't wait to use the scraper agian tomorrow .
Gonna leave the washer home....,
