Question Hiring an employee/sub... NEED HELP

Hey fellas... Need some help here. I've got some pretty serious obligations that are going to take me away from being hands on like I used to be (I'm a 1 man show)... and I need to hire someone that I can TRUST, first off... and then allow him to service my customers. I'd love for him/her to be experienced, not afraid of heights, etc... preferably someone who has worked in window cleaning before and a person who I won't need to train. I would even go as far as giving this person a % of the jobs, say 30-40% so they won't feel the need to be disgruntled with pay...


Any suggestions? I put an ad on CL, but I keep getting these half-baked losers answering my ad. I need someone I can trust.
